Greater Heights Community Events CIC is proud to present The Greater Heights Cultural Wellneing Programme - The Gambia 2026. A structured cultural wellbeing and empowerment programme designed to strengthen confidence, identity, mental wellbeing and community connection through cultural engagement, reflective practice, group support and shared experiences in The Gambia.
The programmes combines cultural engagement, reflective practice, group support, wellbeing activites to help participants reconnect with themselves, their heritage and their wider community in a safe and supportive environement. Through shared experiences and meaningful connection, participants are encouraged to build resilleince, strengthen identity and imprive overall wellbeing.
Led by an experienced qualified Socil Worker with over 27 years of professional practice in community support and safeguarding, the programme has been developed to provide a culturally grounded approach to wellbeing and empowerment.
